At Ripple App, the privacy and safety of all users are important to us. Ripple App is a platform designed exclusively for business professionals and is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).

1. Intended Audience

Ripple App is designed for adults and professionals looking to expand their business networks. Our app is not targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

2. Age Restriction

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Ripple App. During account creation, users are required to confirm their date of birth or affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Content and Advertising

All content and advertising within the app is directed toward a professional, adult audience. Ripple App does not contain content that is inappropriate for children or content that may appeal to children (e.g., cartoon characters, child-oriented language, or games).

4. Data Collection

Ripple App does not collect, use, or share personal data from children. All data collection complies with relevant privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.

5. Parental Controls

Since Ripple App is not designed for children, we recommend that parents and guardians use parental controls on their devices to restrict access to adult-oriented applications.

6. Compliance with Google Play Policies

We fully comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including policies regarding families and children. Our app has been appropriately categorized and does not participate in the Designed for Families program.

7. Reporting Concerns

If you believe a child has created an account or interacted with Ripple App inappropriately, please contact us immediately at hello@getrippleapp.com so we can take appropriate action.
